I am a new gamer, so please: help me to find zombie Surgin Hilthorn (NPC). I must finish a diplomatic quest "A Dead Man Tell Me" in the small village of Thestra. I just found a pieces of body of Surgin, but now this is a new quest and I can't find this dead man. Help me quickly!
